I am going to be inoculating logs with oyster and shiitake mushroom plug spawn tomorrow morning at the CUH site from 11AM-noon. Come join me! I'll be the person with frizzy red hair, fungus, and a power drill, near the new, open structure at the edge of the field, where we have the chalkboards and keep our tools now.
