Hi farm friends~

You are invited to Transition U-District's Potluck BBQ!

 

When:             Sunday, July 17, 2011, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Where:           5701 29th Ave NE

 

Have you heard about the Transition Initiative? How about peak oil? Are you curious to learn more about how Seattle can build a resilient community in the face of the dramatic changes taking place worldwide?

 

If so, here's a great first step. Come to the Transition U-District potluck barbeque on Sunday, July 17^th.  There will be formal and informal discussion about the Transition initiative's background and goals, as well as opportunities to form new Transition study groups.

 

This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, have some inspiring conversation, and make new connections.

 

If you are involved with other local initiatives or organizations, there will be a chance to announce any upcoming activities you may be holding.

 

Please bring something to eat and/or drink, or put on the grill, as this will be a potluck. Children are welcome.
