Please come join this Saturday for a morning of dirt and shrubbery at the splendid Washington Parks Arboretum, just 2 miles from our own Botany Greenhouse! Details below.
On that note - who wants to bike?? Please reply if you are coming, if you can drive, and if you'd like to join a bike brigade from the greenhouses to the park.
All our hours will go towards rent for our farm space down at the Center for Urban Horticulture.

The arboretum is beautiful, and not too far away. We'll probably have a group walking from the Botany Greenhouse Farm, and we'll also carpool. Please let me know by replying to this if you can lend a car for transportation or if you want to go and need a ride!
Why would the Farm have a work party at the Arboretum? You may well ask. In exchange for our farm space at the Center for Urban Horticulture, we help out the UW Botanical Gardens group (who manage both the CUH and the Arboretum) with 20 service hours each month.
Let's get lots of service hours racked up at this work party so we can focus ALL our attention on our lovely farm this Spring/Summer!!
