I missed the all-Farm meeting yesterday, but here's a quick update on Green Team activities for this quarter:
- We're having our first meeting TOMORROW (Friday) at 10 am in the greenhouse. We'll be filling the holes in our planting plan - last chance to get your favorite vegetable in the mix! Otherwise, I'll just fill all the gaps with parsnips.
- We're making our seed order by the end of January - once we've fleshed out the plan and finalized variety choices.
- Once we've made the order, we'll be drawing up a calendar of when to sow/outplant/harvest what.
- An updated Farm map is in the works.
