[TheUWfarm] Seattle Youth Garden Works work party tomorrow + March 12th and 20th!

Hey Farmers! 

Want to get out and work in the new farm expansion location...and help out Seattle Youth Garden Works? As many of you know, the farm is forming a partnership with Seattle Youth Garden Works and it would be great to get some UW Farmers to help out! 

The first work party is tomorrow at 10 am! See below for more information: 

Seattle Youth Garden Works Farm Work Parties
Join us in getting the Seattle Youth Garden Works farm ready to welcome our newest youth crew!  We'll be waking up the farm from its winter nap on Saturdays March 5^th &12^th  and Sunday March 20^th, 10 a.m.-2 p.m..  Work will involve sheet mulching, weeding, bed preparation, transplanting, clean-up and seeding & propagation.

The SYGW urban farm is located west of the buildings and Northwest of the Union Bay Natural Area. Visit the CUH website for more information about the site and bus routes.  See a Google Map to the farm.
