At today's awesome farm meeting, multiple people nominated Nina Arlein to be next year's Farm Director. However, to ensure that everyone's voice gets a chance to be heard, we will wait until next farm meeting to finalize this. If you want to nominate yourself or someone you know as a possible farm director next year, please let me know. This is a year long commitment, and as I said at the meeting, it is a marriage- we need someone who is passionate and willing to give serious time and energy to the farm. At next month's meeting a final consensus decision will be made. If no nominations are made before that, then the decision will be an easy one.
Thanks everyone who came to the meeting tonight, it was very energetic!
