[TheUWfarm] Fun Stuff

Hey Farmers,

Two things: Several of you have asked about practical skills like
canning, knife sharpening: Here is a super event coming up on Vashon
Island - a food summit - where these things will be demonstrated.

Also - this Wednesday in the Hub Ballroom I'll be presenting about the
farm at the conservation colloquium - I present is Session C - from 2:25
- 3:05 (I'll actually be talking for 5 minutes from 3-3:05). If you
can make it - your presence would help show widespread support for the
farm. Please wear a farm t-shirt. Contact me if you'd like one and
don't have one yet (they cost $15).

Lastly - the farm class is already full, but I'm collecting a list of
folks who would like to get in - so if you are interested, but can't get
