This sunday at CUH there is a Spring Fruit and Grafting Show put on by the Seattle Tree Fruit Society. It is free and open to all. Check out the link for more details. This is a great chance to get some skills at grafting and other fruity things. Also, this friday morning at 9:30 I will be leading an edible weeds walk in the area around the farm (leaving from the greenhouse). We will make a huge weed salad for the Pizza Plants and Bluegrass Fundraiser and Squaredance! For people new to the listserve, this will be on friday from 3-6pm at our cob oven, and it will be the funnest shindig you ever saw. We are asking for 3-5 dollar donations for all the pizza you can eat, all the gingerale you can drink, and all the live music you can dance to. Invite all friends. We are asking UW Farmers to bring toppings to share.
