For those that are interested, we will be having a small discussion about what the process of making maple syrup is and tapping a sugar maple on friday at 10:30. Beth (who grew up working the Sugar Maple bush) will talk to us about the process, and why this climate is NOT the best for syruping. We already tapped a black walnut and on friday will tap a sugar maple. Also on friday as everyone knows, pizza bake! Thanks to everyone who showed up to the farm meeting today, especially the new folks, there is so much exciting stuff going on!
