Hi friends,
This SATURDAY, April 10th, from 9:00am-2pm we are building our raised beds at the P-Patch! Please note: we'll need a few "crew leaders" for this project, so anyone who wants to lead a team of bed-builders should come earlier, at 9am. We'll spend half an hour reviewing, together, exactly how the beds are going to be put together and how to use the tools involved. Then, as people show up, the crew leaders can direct teams of folks working on a part of the project. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING A CREW LEADER, PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK AND LET ME KNOW. An RSVP for the work party in general would be great, either by email or on the facebook event (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?ref=profile&id=519555023#!/event.php?eid=107695482599411&ref=mf). Also, if you know anyone with carpentry experience who could join us on this, that would be great. The more helping hands, the better!
We will likely not finish the beds on Saturday, so we'll talk then about a day next week to continue working.
