Hello Folks,
This monday (May 9) from 8:30 am-9:20am we will be getting up close and personal with two of the UW Farm's edible unsown plants- Honesty Plant (Lunaria annua) and Hops (Humulus lupulus) as well as nibbling on several other niceties that are currently popping. Bring your curiousity, and a bag to bring some food home if you want. No experience necessary, and we will start from the Botany Greenhouse. And for those who are interested, after that (and some during that) time I will be exploring the rich etymological history of the plants growing on and around the farm. Hope to see you down there!
